Gail has over 10 years of experience working with adults and children. She specializes in working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, and trauma and those who may be on the spectrum of Autism. Gail believes that therapy provides a unique and supportive relationship that helps to foster a person’s innate abilities for growth and healing, particularly when they are faced with stressful circumstances. By identifying life skills and coping strategies, a person can grow, heal or make the changes that they want in their lives. Her approach to therapy is both collaborative and engaging.
